The phone in the room not working!!! Very small 32-inch TV for suite size!!! Shower water accumulates, leading to a messy experience!!! Noise from the pool area is unbearable, definitely not for those looking for peace!!!

Not for families unless you're desperate
The staff was unbelievably kind! They always responded quickly when we needed extra towels and even brought us some snacks when we were waiting for our food.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but I guess it was bearable.

We visited the Gold Museum and explored the historic Candelaria area, both just a short walk away. The indoor pool was warm and inviting, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included, too, which was a nice touch. Overall, it was excellent value for money!
The only downside was the breakfast options. they could use more variety to please everyone, especially for those of us used to western food.

I truly enjoyed the spacious and well-decorated rooms, which made moving around comfortable. The lobby's inviting atmosphere, complete with a grand piano, added a touch of elegance that was delightful. The warm indoor swimming pool was also a joy!
More accessible amenities for seniors would be beneficial.

excellent access to parks and cultural attractions for city explorers
I had a great experience at this well-situated hotel that allowed me to easily stroll to nearby Independencia Park and Gabriel Garcia Marquez Cultural Center, both of which offered beautiful scenery and cultural insights that made my city explorations so enjoyable. the breakfast overlooking a lovely area with an indoor pool was an unexpected bonus that made my mornings feel special. Single travelers will appreciate the spacious rooms and the friendly staff that go the extra mile to assist you, but I did notice the constant bug issue which could use some attention.

Good stay overall with some bumps
We stayed for 2 nights in a family suite. The check-in was a bit rough since they tried charging us extra tax just because I didn't have the right ID. The pool was awesome, we used it every day! The breakfast was just okay though—not much variety. The staff were nice, just wish they'd clear up the payment stuff better.

Comfortable Stay with a Couple of Hiccups
I enjoyed the comfortable bedding and the efficient air conditioning during my stay. However, I was disappointed by the lack of hot water in the shower at peak times. For future guests, consider visiting local restaurants nearby—they offer delicious cuisine. Overall, a decent experience.
